Ideally at least once a week. And once again, you don’t have to mark down a particular day on your bedside calendar (because spontaneity). What happens under the covers is important, and it’s an excellent way of maintaining a real state of intimacy within your couple. In the same way, and daily : don’t wait for a reason to kiss or hug, or to establish small physical contacts such as a hand on a shoulder that brushes against an arm – small things go a long way for the wellbeing or a relationship.
